Setup guide

How to get connected

Connecting PinPoint to your Zoho CRM takes about five minutes. Here's exactly how it works.

Enter your name and email in the form at the bottom of this page. You'll get access straight away — no waiting, no approval process.

Open PinPoint and go to Settings

Once you're in the app, click the ⚙ settings icon in the top right. You'll see a field for your Zoho Worker URL — this is what connects your Zoho account to the map.

Set up your Zoho connection

You'll need a Cloudflare Worker to connect PinPoint to your Zoho CRM — it's free and takes about 5 minutes. Or skip this entirely and email us — we'll set it up for you.

Add your Google Maps API key (optional)

For the most accurate pin placement, add a Google Maps Geocoding API key in settings. Without it, pins will still appear but may land at the centre of the state rather than the exact address. The Google key is free for up to 2,500 lookups per month.

Click Connect and you're done

Hit the Connect button. PinPoint loads all your Zoho deals, leads and accounts and starts placing them on the map. The first sync takes a couple of minutes depending on how many contacts you have.
