Outseek ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Outseek Pty Ltd (ABN 88 694 026 429), Brisbane QLD, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use outseek.com.au and our tools.

What we collect

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up for a trial or subscription
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
Usage data — basic analytics on which pages are visited (no personal identifiers)
CRM data — when using PinPoint, your CRM contacts are fetched directly from your CRM via your own Cloudflare Worker. This data is not stored on our servers
Uploaded files — when using LeadEnrich, your Excel files are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers

To provide and improve our tools
To send you product updates and support responses (you can opt out anytime)
To process payments via Stripe
To respond to your enquiries

Your data stays yours

LeadEnrich processes all data locally in your browser — your contact lists never leave your device. PinPoint fetches CRM data through your own Cloudflare Worker and does not store it. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
Formspree — form submissions. Subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy
Anthropic — LeadEnrich uses the Claude API via your own API key. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
Google Maps — used by PinPoint for geocoding. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we delete your personal data within 30 days on request. Email us at emanuel@outseek.com.au to request deletion.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site function only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Contact emanuel@outseek.com.au and we'll respond within 48 hours.
