Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Outseek tools and services operated by Outseek Pty Ltd (ABN 88 694 026 429), Brisbane QLD, Australia ("Outseek", "we", "us"). By signing up or using our tools, you agree to these terms.

The service

Outseek provides software tools for sales teams including PinPoint (CRM mapping), LeadEnrich (email enrichment) and ProposalKit (proposal generation). Tools are provided as-is and we may update, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions and billing

• All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your Stripe billing portal
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to your registered email

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our tools for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell our software
• Share account access with users outside your subscribed plan limit
• Use the tools in a way that could harm, disrupt or overload our systems

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you bring to Outseek — CRM contacts, Excel files, proposals and other content. We do not claim any rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Third-party services

Our tools integrate with third-party services including Zoho CRM, Anthropic Claude API, Google Maps and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Limitation of liability

Outseek tools are provided to help your sales process, but we make no guarantee of specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe billing portal or by emailing emanuel@outseek.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
