Yes — your card is collected at signup through Stripe, but you won't be charged until after your 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay absolutely nothing.

Yes — all plans include all tools (PinPoint, LeadEnrich and ProposalKit). One subscription covers everything.

You can cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal, or by emailing emanuel@outseek.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period and you keep access until then. No lock-in, no questions.

All plans include all tools with full access. The only difference is the number of users — Solo (1 user, A$19/month), Team (up to 5 users, A$49/month), Business (up to 15 users, A$99/month).

Yes. LeadEnrich processes everything locally in your browser — your files never leave your device. PinPoint fetches CRM data through your own Cloudflare Worker. We don't store your contact data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

PinPoint currently connects to Zoho CRM. HubSpot and Salesforce support is in development. If you use a different CRM, email emanuel@outseek.com.au — we can often build a custom connector.

PinPoint uses Google Maps to accurately place your contacts on the map. Without it, pins can't be placed. The Google Maps API is free for up to 40,000 lookups per month — more than enough for any sales team. Get your key at console.cloud.google.com → enable Geocoding API → create a key.

Accuracy depends on the address data in your CRM. If your contacts have full street addresses, pins will land on the right building. If they only have a city or state, the pin will be approximate. The more complete your CRM data, the more accurate PinPoint is.

Yes — click "Try with sample data" when you open PinPoint. This loads 27 demo contacts across Australia so you can explore the map, route planner and AI assistant before connecting your real CRM.

LeadEnrich uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to search the web and find email addresses. You use your own API key so your data goes directly to Anthropic and never through our servers. It costs about A$0.01 per contact — so 100 contacts costs about $1. Get your key free at console.anthropic.com.

LeadEnrich accepts .xlsx and .xls files (Excel format). Export your contacts from your CRM as Excel — most CRMs support this. Include columns for account name, website and any existing emails for the best results.

Never. LeadEnrich only fills empty email fields. Any contact that already has an email address is skipped entirely. Your existing data is always preserved.

In our testing across 619 contacts, LeadEnrich found confirmed emails for 89 contacts that had none, with 3 additional low-confidence finds. That's an 89%+ hit rate on contacts without emails. Results vary by industry and data quality.

No — ProposalKit is completely standalone. Just fill in your company details and the prospect's details, describe what you're offering, and click Generate. No CRM connection required.

ProposalKit generates two things: a professional proposal email you can copy and paste into your email client, and a branded PDF document you can print or save. Both are ready to send immediately.

Yes — enter your company name, contact details, and pick your brand colour using the colour picker. The PDF header and accents will use your colour, making it look like your own document.

Any industry. ProposalKit has no industry-specific fields — you describe your product or service in plain English and it formats it professionally. It's been used for everything from SaaS to construction to professional services.
